Hi Pronto, hope all is well. Back in 2021 you had an issue with you hvac system on you Ram being stuck at 72 degree. Did you find out the exact issue? I have a 2012 3500 diesel and on ever start, no matter remote or key in any setting, the temperature goes to 23C which is approx 72F. Everything...- Becker
