So quick update, took my truck to the dealer today, scanned no codes, flashed and derate message is now gone, everything seems to be fine. So apparently once you're at that point only a dealer can save you. I will update more if anything pops up again. Thanks to everyone for all the responses...

You would think but this is a known issue, have a buddy that is also having issues but his is easy, it's the injector.

Yes due to the cold, it was -30 tank froze and when it thawed this started.
