If you'd like for me to look over your priced order confirmation, I'd be happy to tell you if I see any backordered items or apparent issues causing it. I have many in the same boat and that is usually the case. Either send it in a pm or to [email protected].
Sadly, that is the way it is supposed to work, but doesn't. I have been trying for over a month to get them to honor price protection that was applied for. No go so far.
On this one I have to say I don't really know or understand. I haven't been able to get a reliable logical answer. I had 4 Promasters do this recently. But, thankfully, they flipped back to D1 within a few days of flipping back to C.
