They say it’s still in the same order accepted status, and hasn’t been scheduled l for production yet. It’s a Canadian fleet order. They were always been hard to find. Now it seems impossible to get one. My 2012 is desperately needing replacement.

Well I’m convinced I will never get a truck built. Ordered a 2021 5500 on Feb. 25, 2021. Order was changed to a ‘22 model early June 2021. Now here we are almost May and still no truck. Another 6 weeks and it will prob be changed to ‘23 model. Beyond ridiculous.

Are those cab chassis 2022s? I ordered my 5500 in February and don’t even have a VIN. I talked to my dealer yesterday. He said the retail pick ups are getting priority and fleet cab chassis orders aren’t being built.

I’m in Canada, so an October order prob wouldn’t be here until next summer at the earliest.

What about February people?

I ordered my 5500 on February 25. Still no VIN and no idea when it will be built. Also a Canadian order.

I ordered a 2021 5500 on Feb 25. In June it was changed to a ’22. Still don’t even have a VIN number after 7 months. Beyond frustrated at this point. My 2012 is getting extremely tired and is ready to be the backup truck. At this point I might cancel and buy a Ford on a dealer lot.

I tried ram chat. They said call FCA Canada. Problem is, I don’t even have a VIN on the truck I ordered in February. My dealer told me they don’t get a VIN until the truck is built. Which obviously isn’t the case for lots of people on this forum.

Total waste of time. They can’t tell you anything about your build.

Mines a Canadian fleet order. Ordered 14 weeks ago and still BX. Emailed for an update from the dealer and didn’t even get a response.

I’m in Alberta. I ordered Feb 28 and status hasn’t changed at all. Stuck on BX status.

I’m in Canada. I ordered my 5500 on Feb 28. It’s still in order accepted status. Hasn’t changed in 11 or 12 weeks. Getting really frustrated. I use it for my business hauling garbage bins, and my 2012 is getting really tired. Might have to buy a Ford F750 a local dealer has coming in.
