Picked my 26 up back in September and mine was all hooked up and ready to go. Thanks to some members on here pointing this out not being done on PDI. Plus where the cord is actually located under the front license plate holder.

Factory Ram Boxes- Cargo Boxes. Whatever you want to call them. But from the Factory.

Exact same truck color as mine I have in the 26 model, but I did have the Cargo boxes on mine in the Longhorn Limited Trim and NO sunroof.

Sounds like you have the same symptoms as me. Fixed now and works great. Just so you know it took almost 6 weeks to get the part too.

Oh, one other note of interest is the compass I like displayed in the very top of the gauge in front of you. I had both that did not work. Nav and compass. Not just the compass. But both. I wonder if you need to recalibrate your compass seeing your navigation does work where mine did not...

Yes, had mine replaced. What they have to do is remove the screen and, in the back, side is what they called to me the radio even though my radio did work. Anyway, this works now like it is supposed to. Only took them about an hour but they recalibrated the compass then for me. I still need...

You are so correct. Really liking my 2026 Longhorn right now. Just one hiccup from day one and getting that fixed tomorrow. The navigation and the compass stopped working as soon as I hit my door yard the day, I picked it up 22nd of September. Will hit 3000 miles I think this week yet.

Be worth a try to do a reset. Can't hurt.

Well just got back from dealer and now we have to order a new radio that communicates to the 14-inch main screen. The radio itself works but there must be some of the navigation included with the radio too. Said is bad. So, they say will be close to the end of November too before it is in...

Well after trying both ways it was a no go so off to the dealer tomorrow morning. First one on deck in the morning.

Just got in here this morning and will give the above options a try and let you know what the outcome is. I do have a appointment tomorrow to see what is up with the problem I stated but if I get the fix by myself like stated above then it will be a no go to the dealer. Thanks
