Agreed it shouldn't have any effect but I read another thread on here that mentioned the exact same thing. I turned it off and have driven the truck a bit and the shifting does feel better but it will take some more driving to see if it really did anything. It doesn't however solve the clunk...

Anyone been able to fix these issues or have any updates? Ive had my truck for about 10k miles (had 25k when I bought it) and in that time the dealer has replaced the transmission, rear driveshaft, rear axle damper, and my rear differential carrier assembly but I have still been having issues...
