I dont know if you know the power wagon, but it starts as a "beefy truck". No input needed. But my scoop is an imposter. It ain't gonna change the capabilities of the vehicle(unless i find a way to make it a snorkel). Wow,, your snarky comment led to a great idea! I owe it all to you. Thanks!
I want to kick the cool kids ax's. (By being the guy that has to go tow their little toys out when they get stuck. In the event one of them actually takes their pavement princesses out to get her boots dirty).
Yes, a light is a lot easier then an intake. My only hold up on that is that marker lights in that area are Raptor-esque. I ain't trying to be a Raptor fan boy. Jk.
They must be different on pw's. No belt, and two 4 gauge cables running to the unit that is attatched to the steering box. Maybe that is a contributing factor in their reduced towing capacity. I know the lane keep assist module would have power cables too, but I think it's on the steering...
Out of curiosity (since I haven't been wheeling in anyone else's gen4+ Ram). In your experience, you have not been in heavy deep mud or between two boulders etc, and told the truck you wanted to turn. But it refuses to respond at all. No matter how hard you pull on the wheel? If that is the...
Well, yes. If you don't have the scoop, I'm not suggesting you pay 3 grand to swap out your regular hood. But since I have it, why not get something out of it. I would measure mine for a light bar due to ease and simplicity. But if there were a bolt in solution that could seal up to the air...
Ive been searching extensively for some cool mods as options for the faux hood scoop. Something like an led bar, or heck....why not make it real?
I figure someone has to have come up with something cool. If not, there is probably money to be made on the creation of a high quality, simple DIY...
I wanted to pay it off in 4 years. No one likes paying for a vehicle that isnt covered under warranty. Plus, I happened to buy when prices were at their very peak (that's on me, I just couldn't wait any to get my hands on one!). Demand was high and ALL the dealers were selling above msrp. After...
OK, I can't believe that I am the only person that has a problem with this electric power steering system. With the design and engineering effort they put into making the Power Wagon the truly capable, feature rich, behemoth that it is, I would have to say they really missed the bus on this...
I like the decals. It is reminiscent of the bold livery of the trucks that made me lust after one as a child. Like the "Simon and Simon" macho edition power wagon. Even though the trucks of that era were neutered by the fuel crisis and emissions regulations. Gone were the 440's of the 60's, and...
Yes. Like I said, literally 22 other options more specific to my truck. IE: P Wagn, bluwgn, pwrwgn, bluball, blubalz, ramnit, and many more i forgot, systematically denied for 1 reason or another. They don't tell us why, just thumb up or down.
