I have found that the front shocks easily bottom out when going over certain bumps, I have had this issue since day 1 on my truck. I had put a leveling kit on the front end and it amplified my issue after looking into it further I had found that the shock now only has 1" of extension left...
I have a 2020 2500 with the Bilstein shocks and from day 1 it had popping in the front end when hitting bumps. I had a 2" level front kit installed with stock shocks and certain bumps amplified. took off 1 front shock at the bottom bolt and there is 1" left of travel in the shock so I'm going...
I have a 2020 2500 with 1900 miles from day one clunking on right front on right turn from stop over exiting spots. I just put front 2" leveling kit now it's more pronounced and on driver side now also. I have the Bilstein shocks and I'm thinking it's the shocks themselves?
