That’s pretty slick, I’d guess for sure the trailer would move before the Jeep.

We brought chocks and chocked the tires but yes it was almost surprising how well it worked. Part of the reason it worked is because the jeep is getting 2x line pull toward the trailer and the trailer is only getting 1x line pull toward the jeep. If there was a winch mounted on the trailer it may have moved the trailer. If we just straight line winched to the jeep we may have pushed the trailer toward the ram

If the trailer ramps didn’t have support legs then jack stands under the back would’ve helped for keeping the tongue from lifting up. We put jack stands under the back of the trailer but they weren’t really necessary
