I noticed some oil on the turbo today. Can anyone tell me if this is normal? Posting a photo.
2019 2500 6.7 I’d greatly appreciate any advice.

Is venting the PCV to atmosphere common on these trucks? I there a how-to?
I’m not sure about that. I’d go with a catch can before I vented to atmosphere. The air intake is supposed to suck on the pcv otherwise you have a vacuum leak.
Just my opinion I don’t have a diesel truck anymore

Very common to be atmospheric vented you can buy the kit on amazon cheap it does not need to be sucked and wont have a vacuum leak as its a check valve technically its just for emissions that it goes to the intake

I finally did my 2012 in the fall and it had oil in the hose going to the turbo. The CC filter was stanky....my fault should have gutted the filter or changed it many moons before I did. Now she’s spitting to atmosphere just like my 05 did from the factory. I plan to change the filter on the 19 sooner than the recommended interval and then probably gut it on the next round.
