Automobiles have become a throw away cottage industry. Wonder how many if not all of those were deemed totaled in a collision.

Frame by Lippert.
That rear axle is not over weight according to AAM but going by rams sad numbers yea it may be close but with the jeep on the back of the aluminum trailer i doubt there is much tongue weight with that.Saw this at the RV park at Overland Expo this weekend. That poor rear axle. This thing was over capacity as soon as that camper went in, assuming the camper and truck are completely empty and dry. Forget the trailer tongue weight.

Hard to tell from the pic, but the Jeep is slightly forward of center on the the axles, and the box on the front of that trailer is basically a mini-RV, with AC and everything. I bet it’s not light. That rear axle is not over weight according to AAM but going by rams sad numbers yea it may be close but with the jeep on the back of the aluminum trailer i doubt there is much tongue weight with that.
Yea, I'd say that owner is playing with fire unless the frame has possibly been reinforced adequately. If that's really even feasible.
Thats a good point, yes it is feasible to reinforce the frame but if going through those lengths its better just to get a C&C which has a tougher frame already but you lose the box which sucks for everyday useYea, I'd say that owner is playing with fire unless the frame has possibly been reinforced adequately.
