As I made a post outlining armor options for the 2019+ Power Wagon, figured I would try to do the same for suspension/steering upgrades as things are different/non-compatible with regular 2500 components and different from older PWs as well. Hoping this one can get sticky’d as well.

If you have any of these products, it would be helpful to post pictures of the actual product installed, and/or how the truck sits with it installed, and any relevant comments you may have about it. This is helpful information for others considering what to get for their truck.
If you know of other products/kits not listed, post them and I can add them to this post.

Lift Kits
(Lots Of Options, Consolidated and Summarized By Mfg)
Carli Lifts
2” Front Lift / 1” Rear Lift. Linear Front Springs, Progressive Rear Springs. Softer than stock. Kit includes radius arm drops, track bar, etc.
-Available Shock Options: Fox 2.0 Shocks (“Commuter”), Fox 2.0 Remote Reservoir Shocks (“Backcountry”), King 2.5 Remote Reservoir Shocks (“PinTop”), King 2.5 Remote Reservoir Shocks (“Dominator”)

Thuren Lifts
0.5” OR 1.5” Lift Front / 0” Lift Rear (Soft Spring Rate) OR 1” Lowering Rear (Mid Spring Rate).
Linear Front Springs, 6% Stiffer Than Stock, Rear Softer Than Stock. Rear provide 20% more down travel.
Require longer-than-stock shocks, despite no-lift.
-Available Shock Options: Thuren Overland Nitrogen Shocks, Fox 2.0 IPF Shocks, Fox 2.0 Remote Reservoir Shocks (Front only), King 2.5 Remote Reservoir Shocks, King 3.0 Remote Reservoir Shocks

Shock Upgrades (No Lift)
Filthy Motorsports King 2.5 OEM

Fox Performance Series 2.0 IFP
Work with stock coils, but will loose some travel (droop) compared to OEM shocks…per Thuren. Progressive valving.
Front PN: 985-24-168 - 14.65” Collapsed / 23.28” Extended.
Rear PN: 985-24-169 - 15.60” Collapsed / 24.98” Extended

https://www.ridefox.com/product.php...9&make=Ram&model=2500&year=2019&position=Rear

Bilstein B8 5160
For “Regular” 2500 with 2”-2.5”F/0”-1” Rear Lift…may fit Power Wagon with stock springs per YouTube. Probably will also loose some rear droop travel, as extended length is about the same as the Fox 2.0.

Rear PN 25-268645 - Collapsed 16.75” / Extended 24.96”. Digressive Valving.

Bump Stops
Thuren “Boogie Bump” Bump-Stops (Rear)

Should this one be included? The note on the website says it doesn't fit 2019+. Perhaps works for rear, but I don't know enough. Just read the text on the site.

Says it doesn’t fit 2019+ in the front. I assume that means the rear fits.

Well I only moved every Thuren piece from a PW to the current truck.

I've seen those hydraulic steering assist kits on AEVs site and a few others. I run 37s and I just don't see the benefit. Truck steers fine. Do I need 40s? lol

I like this:
Fox Performance 2.0 TS Steering Stabilizer
Thru-Shaft Stabilizer, provides equal force in both directions without the use of opposing dampers. Replaces stock stabilizer.

I will leave it on the list unless anyone provides hard evidence it doesn’t fit.

yeah I’ve only got 35s but my truck steers really easily even dry steering(which I try to avoid)

I agree the Fox TS / ATS damper looks like a good upgrade.

I just put 35's on mine and have no steering issues either. Still on stock rims.

On my old F250 with 33's, I'd occasionally have steering issues when sitting still or trying to park at low speeds.

El_Barto,
We need to find the bead lock rings for the factory bead lock capable rims. I've been searching but so far, nothing.

Agreed. I may not ever have to run my tires as beadlocks, but the current rings are a softer metal than I thought they would be. I have already gouged two of them on rocks while off-roading. Something more substantial would be nice.

Just sharing rumors: “The Factory Race Series 2.5 shocks are not long enough for Power Wagon. Check back later in the year as we are scheduled to release new Performance Elite Series 2.5 options for the Ram 2500 / 3500 with lengths to accommodate the Power Wagon.”

Bump, added some things. Sumo bump stops, Filthy x King shocks, Bilstein 5160 shocks…saw a video online that suggested these will fit (designed for regular 2500 w/ a lift)…

Still no word on new Fox shocks yet

Confirmed these will be offered for the RAMs through Carli. If you have an existing Carli kit it will just be a shock swap. I'm estimating ~$4500 for just the shocks and that's based of the pre-order prices from Carli that they are doing for the fords right now.

I am going to switch out my trackbars. Going thuren in the back, but what does everyone recommend in the front? Cali or Thuren?

Thuren on the rear is the common answer. Between Carli or Thuren on the front, you will find mixed answers. I have a Thuren on the front only because I was able to get it cheap from somebody selling one. But, if I had to buy one now, I would go Carli because of the beefier support at the ends.
