My 2020 2500 has around 6800 miles on it. Check engine light came on and it threw code P20B9. Did not derate or anything and ran fine until the dealer could get it in about a week later. Service advisor says it needs a DEF “tube?” heater and pump due to excessive crystallization in bottom of def tank. Warranty is covering. They said parts are on nationwide back order. They gave me a loaner and said they do not recommend I drive truck because it will derate to 5mph eventually. Anyone have any info on how long the parts are going to be back ordered for?
