Just bought a 2015 RAM 2500. Got it to be my do all truck so my 99 can be made whole again and so I can begin contemplating that new Powerwagon.

6.4l Hemi is awesome. ECO mode comes on much more than anticipated.

The Ride with the coil spring rear suspension is everything they claimed it to be.

I didn't realize just how loud that ole V10 with cherry bombs was until I got into this truck...quite and no Cummins noise either.

The long bed is much more practical for me, and the rear view camera and park sense bumper make parallel parking a snap.

Very impressed. Two things I have to admit.
1. I still prefer towing with a clutch and a stick out the floor(never was a fan of not knowing exactly when my shift will come)

2. We need to get a bigger camper. This thing didnt even squat. And it didn't really have to try very hard up the 12% grade up into the mountain. Now that said I really just need more drop from a hitch. This truck sits 2 inches higher than my 99 and squats 1 inch less. The 99 already had the camper about 2 inches to high.

I can not find a drop of more than 5 inches...gonna have to make one I guess.

The snow turned to mud.20190530_173227.jpg20190530_173158.jpg20190530_171549.jpg

Loaded the truck up with wood and it pulled right out of the mucky mud.

Went to the CAT scale and tried out the CAT APP

Truck weighed in at 9860. My payload says 2998 so almost 3000 lbs of wood. All from trees that have toppled over from all the rain here in Pennsylvania
