I’ve been a Ford diesel person forever. First was 1984 6.9 IDI then in 1999 ordered and took delivery of F350 7.3 Powerstroke Crew Cab 4x4 Lariat. Currently have 305,000 miles. Selling it today. 3 weeks ago ordered a 2020 3500 Limited 4x4 DRW Granite Crystal with the HO Cummins. Dealer called yesterday and said estimated ship date was 3 days so truck should be here in about 2 weeks. This is big for me switching from Ford to Ram. I tow a 41.5’ 5th wheel Grand Design Solitide (about 17K #)

hoping to learn a lot about this truck from this site.

I too switched from a 99 Ford. Mine was a 3/4 ton gasser. I switched a lot sooner than you, went to Dodge in 2005 and haven’t looked back and owned gas and diesel Dodges and the latest 2019 3500 standard output Cummins with 68RFE. I am definitely a Dodge/Ram guy now, I love them. My 2019 is frikin awesome. I don’t think you will be disappointed, I don’t have experience with the HO Cummins and Aisin however. Please let us know what you think about your new truck.

I've been a long time ford guy myself, also tried out a Chevrolet and even a Toyota. My last couple of Fords have had serious problems, so going to be getting a Ram instead.
