Nav is loosing adresses/destinations

Hi, just wondering if anybody had same/similar issues.
My Nav is not storing "Favorites, Home or Recent". Everything gets lost/deleted after I turn the truck off.
I am reluctant to go to the dealership right now.
Truck is 2020 3500 Ltd. with the 12".

I have never tried Nav in any of my vehicles, all have carePlay, far better experience but i can try and save a favorite and see if it stays

Hmmm... The last I looked I still had my favorites. 2019 3500 Laramie wit the 12".

it's been a while - update:
U-connect referred me to the dealership to get updated software installed.
New version didn't fix the issue and a new radio had to be installed.
