Posted this on the "What did you do to your Ram today" thread as well but figured I should put it here too.

Put some new shoes on the truck yesterday. Method 701HDs and 37x12.5r18 KM3s. Suspension is still stock and there is slight rub on the fender liner on both front tires but aside from what i'm really happy with them. Currently running 45 PSI front and 40PSI rear and ive noticed a decent improvement in ride quality, especially over small bumps.

I used the TPIS from the stock wheels/tires. They were all fine for the first 20 miles or so but both right side sensors are no longer registering, truck thinks they do not exist. Has anyone had this happen? If so, how do I fix?

Also shoutout to @Quick for the tires. Your generosity is impressive and appreciated.

sticking with the black trucks with am wheels theme, with a sprinkle of trivia.

out of the 4 diesel pumps that are taken, how many are diesels? for extra credit, how many of those vehicle owners were pumping gas vs. in the store? keep in mind it was all open spots in front of the store, and all the gas only pumps were empty.20231121_204242.jpg

Derailment inbound.

Unpopular opinion: if a pump has gas+diesel then its kinda like a handicap bathroom stall. It’s not reserved for you, just accessible for you.

Also, why would you think they need to re-park their cars if they need to go inside to get their change or receipt or a snack?

because the fuel isle isn't for parking and going into the store. it's for... *gasp* getting fuel.

...and when all the gas isles are empty, grab a bit of self awareness and use the open gas pumps, if you frive a gasser.

it's very possible i'm the a**hole here :D

Not an A hole at all! It would be a nicer world if everybody was thoughtful of others, I agree.

But it would also be a nicer world if we didn’t get upset when someone was “in our way”.

I bugs me a little as well but I bet a lot of folks are not diesel aware and don’t realize there are limited pumps with diesel. But the leaving it there and going inside to shop drives me crazy especially when the place is busy
