Wha kind of lift is that?

Does it have enough room to pull a transmission out between the posts?
Here you go. There is 30 inches of space in between so I'd say yes on transmission pull.

I plan on doing Ophir and a couple others this coming summer. Any issues with running a full-size?
Like Wobly said, most trails are doable. I think there was only 2 or 3 switch backs that I had to make a 3 or 4 point turn on. Phaugipsy Gulch was pretty challenging, but worth the effort. The sound the shale rock makes under the weight of the truck is unnerving. One of the real challenges are the tourists in rental jeeps or side by sides, many do not follow any trail etiquette.
