20” Vision rocker wearing a 35x11.5 nitto ridge grappler almost 0 offset. I have stuffed them at full travel no rub. It gets where I need it to go very well. The nittos are great tires.

My Power Wagon is on order, in D1 status, so no pics to share just yet. Can you can run 37 x 12.50 tires on the stock 17 x 8 rims with the stock suspension without rubbing?

What about LT315/70R17's? I am trying to figure how large you can go without a full suspension lift or major modifications. I do not consider a leveling kit major, as I have installed full suspension lifts in all my Jeeps over the years. Including the 2013 10A Rubicon Unlimited I traded in for the PW I have on order, which has a similar suspension.

35x12.50r17 on the factory wheels just fit without any rubbing. 315s should likely fit as well as they're a hair smaller all around, at least on paper. If you want bigger, you'll need to get more offset and/or heatgun shape the fender liners. The 35" Nitto Ridge Grappler on the factory spare rim fits in the stock spare location just barely as well.

There's a couple of threads on here if you search of PWs with 37s, IIRC they did it with offset and massaging the fender liners without needing to level or lift. Of course, you won't be able to fit a 37" tire in the factory spare location.

or do the expedition 1 rear bumper but getting a good product out of them seems like it happens about 40% of the time.
