So, I'm getting ready to rotate the tires on my 6.4 Rebel and a question creeped into my head... When I'm getting her on the jackstands, is there a preferred jacking point to get both fronts off the ground at the same time? Also, same for the rears? I've always done one at a time on past vehicles, but dammit, I'm getting lazy in my later years lol. Look forward to your comments/suggestions. Thanks!

Under the rear pumpkin will lift but it is heavy, I usually lift all wheels by the each. No place to lift both fronts afaic.

The front is a pain to get both off the ground. I usually jack from the pumpkin and end up with one significantly higher by the time the second is high enough. Set the stands and then lower it down on to them.

If you loaned out a set of jack stands like I did and never saw them again so you only have one set of big ones then you can lift the rear by the pumpkin and put it on stands. then, do the front one side at a time. Front axle is a little awkward to lift from the middle.

I rotate the rears to the front and cross the fronts to the opposite rears and that can be done without the whole truck on stands.

This is often how I do it.
