Idle Shutdown Feature. Anyone enable it?

I assume it can be set to off as well. Read one post saying it may keep the ignition on after shut down. I seem to think this is false as the ignition turns off after 2 min under normal conditions if left on. (I Think)
Also what would be the point of the feature if you have to go back to the truck after the idle time was reached.

Manual states

IDLE SHUTDOWN​

This feature can be enabled so that the truck will automatically shutdown when the truck has been idling for a set period of time when the engine is at operating temperature. Idle time can be set in 5 minute increments between 5 and 60 minutes. See an authorized dealer to enable this feature.

This is an option only for certain models of the Cab and Chassis line up. Like 4500's and up.
