Great video!! I have to ask, why salvage it? Every body panel is trashed and everything else was underwater...what's left of value? Unless there was a littering saw saying the owner couldn't l;eave it there.

I know if your in the 1000 islands in NY, they will charge the vehicle owner something like a $1000 a day the vehicle is in the water.

Recovering them isn't cheap. One business charges $1,500 to $10,000 to pull them out.
