Hi. I am Dave, from Central Pennsylvania. I have owned Mopar trucks for 33 years now.  I have owned all Generstions of Ram trucks(85, 89, 98, 99, 03 ,13) with the exception of the new 5th Gen 1500(been waiting on this Gen HD)owned a few 70s Dodge Powerwagons, both generations of Ramcharger and a 79 Plymouth Trailduster.

My current trucks are a 1999 Dodge Ram 2500 with a V10 and a 5speed, Quad Cab ShortBed 4x4, a 2003 Dodge Ram 2500 with a Hemi auto, Quad Cab ShortBed 4x4.  We just sold our 2013 Ram 2500 With Cummins auto, Crew Cab ShortBed 4x4 in anticipation of buying a new Ram.

We enjoy camping, kayaking, geocaching, biking, hiking and just generally being outside in nature.

7 weeks and a couple days and we will see the refresh HD and it will be decision time.  Been following the roll out of the 5th Gen 1500 closely.  The anticipation is killing me.

My HD Rams

I owned quite a few W150 Powerwagons and a 98 1500 before I owned my first HD. Once I got it I swore I would never go back to a half ton. But the 5th Gen 1500 has been trying me. Hope to make a decision, about Aprilish for my next truck(if I don't buy a 2nd Gen or 2 in the meantime)

Here is my first HD Ram that sold me on them.

Personally I’ve never owned an HD truck but I am curious as to what Ram will put out. If it’s really that good, then I’ll offload my current 2019 for one. :)

Well, they have been Debuted. Can not wait to see them in person.

Right now I am torn between the Powerwagon. Get the full blown all in Powerwagon, or get some more payload from a Tradesman with Powerwagon Package.

Of course, the truck I need is a Crew Cab 8 foot bed...was gonna be a Tradesman, but now I am not so sure I can pass up the other trims this Go Around.

Terrible problems to have.

I was at the dealership today to see if there were any updates, of course they stared at each other and none had a clue.
