Current axles are AAM

HD pickup front axles is 9.25
CC front axle is 10.5

Standard rear axle is 11.5" ring gear.

Only the HO trucks have a 12" ring gear. the 12" axle has 4" tubes. These are necked down at the spindle for the SRW 8-lug hubs.

The DRW Max Tow (reportedly) has larger rear rotors and calipers.

Standard caliper is 360mm.
Max Tow caliper is 365mm.

Standard transfer case is electronic (BW 44-46) or manual shift (BW 44-47)

HO/AISN trucks have a larger transfer case; Borg Warner BW44-48

"Ram Heavy Duty trucks with the high output version of the Cummins 6.7-liter Turbo Diesel are equipped with an all new
part-time BorgWarner transfer case (BW 44-48). This transfer case is designed to handle the higher input loads
for maximum towing capability up to 35,100 lbs."

Even more interesting, the 2018 2500 6.7 CC and MC rear axles were rated at 6500lbs. Not sure what other years may also have this rating as I was only looking into 2018s and saw this. Front is same as today at 6000.
