No, its completely stock other than wheels and tires. No rubbing at all.Did you raise/level the front end?
Relbus, what are the specs on the tires and wheels? looking at both Methods and Fuel just need to figure proper diameter/width.offset. Thank you!!
HookenNooks, same question, wondering wheel width/offset. like the size and where they sit width wise!! Great looking trucks here!! Thank you!!

Thank you! Great looking truck!!!I am running a 2.25” Thuren Leveling Kit. The wheels are Fuel Coverts 20x9 with a +1 offset. Nitto Ridge Grapplers 35x12.5x20. Absolutely zero trimming. Was even able to install Rek Gen Trophy Sport Mud Flaps still with no trimming or rubbing.

That looks great. Kinda makes me regret going mega cab instead of CC LB.Also went with the Method 305 +18, but with Falken Wildpeak 295x70r18. Close to flush with the fender flares, and a little taller than stock. Looks so much better though...View attachment 19526View attachment 19528View attachment 19527

So I took my AEVs to the powder coater. I said I wanted something "dark bronzish, not too light, not flat, some metallic, not so flashy that they detract from the overall look of the truck."
Kind of put it in his hands to come up with something, he said he thought he had a good color to go on them.
He also worked w/ a local paint company to mix up a can to hit the center caps.
I want something a little different, but not so different that it looks "WTF?"
I am not 100% sold yet on this.
I think I need to wash the truck (it's filthy), try comparing them not in direct morning sun, maybe with tires. He said if I put them on, and I don't love them, bring them back, we can find a different color etc. and re-shoot them.
I think the center caps may need a couple more coats. In the shade, or straight on, it's pretty close. But as you can see in the sun at an angle, they look a bit brighter. I know that's a tough match.

Yeah there is not a ton of contrast in those first pics. I took some more today with the trim ring on them. They are a funky color...they change a good bit.TBH, i think those would look KILLER on white or black truck.
However, on GCM (the best color! ), i do not feel there is enough contrast in colors.
Nice! Meant to also ask if that is Thuren or Carli and what kit? Thx again! Sweet truck!!20x9 Method NV +18 w/ 35x12.5 Nitto Ridge Graps
when are these going on!?? I can't wait and its not even my truck loYeah there is not a ton of contrast in those first pics. I took some more today with the trim ring on them. They are a funky color...they change a good bit.
Being that my truck is Night Edition, I didn't want something TOO bright, like the majority of the bronze wheels out there.
It's tough. Here's a few more with the sun going down, instead of coming up like the first pics.
If you notice the trim ring, it's pretty darn close to the color of the truck, so now you can see the wheels are a bit different in color depending on how the sun hits 'em.
These were taken just as the sun was going down.

These were taken after the sun had just gone down over the trees but still light out.
Colors are a bit muted in this light.

Thanks! I've only done bits and pieces, AEV did most of it. But I do prefer the larger wheel/tire combo, it's a little more meat and it fills the wheel well better. I don't do any major rock crawling with a truck this long, so I don't need infinite amounts of sidewall...10" is plenty.Man that is a beast of a truck. Nicely executed.
