I know I didn't buy my 3500 Limited dually for the mileage but I only have about 450 miles on it for the first week and I'm getting around 14 mpg for the first tank. What are some of the numbers that I can expect after a few thousand miles?

I don't think anyone on here has had their 3500s for very long... I think @hutchman has had his HD for the longest, but it is 2500.
I like using Fuelly to track mileage...

If that is a fair bit of around town, that's not bad. Historically, a Cummins will take a step up in MPG @10K, and then @30+/-. Have you put your truck on a scale? Probably 9K lbs?

Hitch up to something heavy and put her to work. That's what the Cummins likes best, and will help break in.

I am getting 15.6 on my first 600 miles with a crew cab 3500 HO SRW. I did put my truck on the scale and it came in at 8320 lbs.

I have about 2000 miles on my '19. So far I am getting 18.6 MPG driving mostly country roads, speed limit up to 50 MPH and a bit of in town as well as highway driving.

I tested mine this weekend since I was making the same trip multiple times. At 75 MPH I get 15.6 MPG average, at 70 MPH I get 18.2 MPG and at 65 MPH I get 19.8 MPG. I was shocked to se that big of a difference between 70 and 75. 2019 3500 Crew Cab SRW HO Aisin.
