If it makes you feel better, my tape is still intact from 2014.If they took the time to tape them up, they could have at least used something that lasted more than 20K.
Obviously they used higher quality tape back then. LOLIf it makes you feel better, my tape is still intact from 2014.
Mexican gaff tape?Obviously they used higher quality tape back then. LOL
Could you share a link.Since threads are worthless without pics, here are a couple. My truck is a crew cab and it took 18 plugs. They're a really nice tight fit. $2.89/pc from MoparPartsGiant and almost a month lead-time.

I too wasn't happy with the freaking holes all over. I was able to fill a few with plastic push fasteners. This 3500 body is light and full of holes..guess the trade off is the 4300 lb payload..
TIA

Thanks for sharing. The tape on mine has been starting to peel. This looks so much cleaner then using tape in a $90k truck. Lol!Since threads are worthless without pics, here are a couple. Yup and no trash going in there. So much cleaner looking.
Mine was starting to peel off. Probably because they got a vendor with a lower price. Of course, the lower price meant lower quality as well.Tape still good after six years here
Corners are a little peely but overall the tape is still covering the holes. I don’t see it as a big deal but if I lived in a salty road area I would probably look at my frame moreMine was starting to peel off. Probably because they got a vendor with a lower price. bother anyone else that the valve is wrong?
The valve shaft is probably square and the little hande positioned 90 degrees to one side. Although having the handle inline with the hose when open makes it easier to identify if open or closed. And THAT is my words of wisdom for today. LOLbother anyone else that the valve is wrong?
