2019 3500 Limited Megacab 4x4
4-11 Ordered
4-25 D1 Status
5-14 JB Status
5-16 KZ Status
6-01 Unloaded from rail car at local yard (12.5 miles from dealership)
6-18 Arrived at dealership

The last 12 miles were brutal....
Just under 10 weeks for the whole process. When I ordered dealership thought it would take 4-6 weeks, took a little longer.

Ordered on 5/20. So i contacted the dealer last evening and found out that my truck was in Lawernceville, GA as of the the 19th. That's a little over 100 miles to the dealership. I would expect it would be at the dealership some time next week.

I am beyond frustrated with the lack of support and customer service of RAM right now. On 6/17 I was told my case was being escalated and told to call back if I do not hear from RAM by Wednesday. Today I called and they told me it is KZ (on 6/17 I was told KZM) and I was not going to be contacted by RAM because they are talking to me now. She refused to provide any last location for the vehicle and refused to help me any further. @RamCares this is a joke. I have been "KZ" for 26+ days now and no one is willing to help. As I type this I know this is a lost cause because @RamCares will just type back a generic reply, stating how sorry they are and to please send them a private message. @RamCares, surprise me and exceed my expectations.... please. The last eight of my VIN are KG586937.

IMO RAM customer service is useless. Every time I call I am given the same info, "vehicle is in KZ status", same as it has been since May 20th. I have to insist the rep check whatever other database he/she can access in order to get additional information. Same are willing to do so, others say that the KZ status is the only information available.

This experience has been so frustrating and the level and quality of service so inconsistent. Someone should remind RAM that we as consumers have purchased $70k plus trucks from the company and deserve better. My truck has been sitting in Sterling Heights (roughly 1.5 hours from my dealer) waiting for a truck, apparently, to get loaded and delivered.

At this point I would love to be able to drive to the plant and pick it up myself. Just to end this nonsense.

Just talked to my salesman yesterday. He said my truck is stuck in Rail Land (Mexico). He said that when it makes it to the rail yard in Benicia California, if the trucking company gives to long of a ship time, they will just drive down and get it, as Benicia is only about an hour from us.

6/21 was told the system shows my truck is already in Memphis, but it originally said it would be there 6/26. Dealer originally said it takes up to 10 days once it's in memphis. This seems pretty fast if that's right

Mine is about 90 miles in Fort Worth and only has to make the short haul down to Waco. My dealer just got 6 pro masters and he said he asked them to only bring 5 and my truck but hasn’t happened yet. He gets a shipment every other day.

Seems like I may've set a record... Placed my order at the dealership on Fri, May 10th (2500 Laramie, 6.4l, RAMBox, etc). It was delivered to the nearest railyard on Thur, June 13th... And then to the dealer Tues, June 18th.

I picked it up Tuesday afternoon. Grand total of 5 weeks, 4 days from order to pick-up.

(then on Wed, added tonneau cover, bed rug, and tinted windows)

Yours must have been the basic package most dealers might have had ordered and they just pulled one. Just by adding one extra thing as clearance lamps, deplorable step, air ride etc takes bit longer I guess. Mine better show up this week!

My truck arrived at the dealer last Thursday. Not allowed to pick it up for 2 weeks it looks like. This whole buyback experience just keeps getting better.

Well after lots of arguing with everyone, now told it has left Mexico and isn’t even in Texas yet. To me it looks like the rail car fell off the tracks and crashed because it’s no where to be seen. On 6/11 it was Gate out of plant and loaded on rail car. What would take it 2 weeks to go from Saltillo to Laredo to Waco?? Frustrating!!

Waiting for a full train...the autoracks hold alot of vehicles.
