Delivery Time Estimates

My order went KZ on 4/10, still waiting for it to ship. Dealer can't/won't provide any estimate when the truck is expected. Waiting anxiously....

Does anyone know average shipping times to Southern California from Saltillo once it leaves the plant???

Here's a question for you guys: The dealer sent me the attached information, meanwhile ram chat told me yesterday that the train departed April 14th. Who do I believe?

Was anyone else told that their truck was being delivered to Ohio today by train? Mine is set to be on a truck from there to the dealer in northern
West Virginia. Dealer said delivery depends on how many other stops it has in the area.

Based on what I've seen in this forum the 5/5 date is probably a build date? Despite being described as a shipping waypoint.

The chat people told me once the vehicle gets to KZ status they can’t get any more information. They told me to contact my dealer as well.

I ordered the same date as you and here I sit over 1-week later and still don't have a VIN, let alone being scheduled for production. Good for you though!

I think the Cinco de Mayo date is the anticipated ship date from Mexico, which means your truck should be built within the next 3-weeks.

Chat is worthless once it goes KZ. Only one time chat gave me more info. They told me I was KZM. Dealer told me truck is on train from Texas to ohio

I have no idea what priority 1 means.

When the dealer orders there is a priority code (1-100). I was told that for ordered trucks, like ours, dealers will use priority 1 to raise the build priority for the ordering customer. By comparison, if they were ordering for their lot, they might use a much lower number. I know ours was ordered as priority 1.

Estimated time to Orlando railyard is now 4/29. Getting closer. If it doesn't get to the dealer until the 30th, I suspect I'll wait another day to see if there are any incentives for May.

My local ram salesman whom I've done business with for years said he thinks there's going to be incentives starting in may. He said when the trucks start arriving for inventory like they have, Chrysler will put out incentives to keep the trucks moving. His guess was $1000. That's purely speculation from a guy who has been selling rams for 15 years.

Called ram and they told me my truck was loaded on a truck headed to the dealership yesterday. Should be here next week! Can’t wait
