Clanking sound after flywheel and clutch replacement

Decided to do the clutch myself this week (Valair Heavy duty single disk). Although it wasn't fun everything seemed to go okay. I put everything back together and there is a very loud knocking clanking sound, when in neutral, or in gear and when the clutch is engaged or disengaged, the sound follows the rpms. Linked bellow is a video of the noise. Any ideas?
