2020 RAM 2500. 2WD. Reg cab. Big Horn., 6.4 HEMI, Prem. Lighting, Bed Utility, Level 2, ordered 11/21/19.
Was in D-1 status 11/26/19. Checked build sheet everyday. Build sheet was available this AM, 12/09/19.
Checked current status using RAM Chat and it's in shipping with ETA of 12/23/19 to 01/06/20 which is what my dealer estimated on order date. BTW -I'm in S. Arizona, 840 miles from the factory.

I ordered mine abut week before you. As o this am with Ram still in S1 status. On 12/6 S1 status ETA TX 12/24 but still as of 12/9 D1 so who knows. 2020 3500 Limited 4x4 HO Cummins

Wow! That's fast! I ordered my 2020 2500 Limited 4x4 Short Bed one month ago. Still in D1 status. I keep checking for build sheet, but nothing yet.

My dealer told me that they have been constrained from ordering STOCK units so customer ordered SOLD units could be built. The build scheduling is frustrating, but is partially due to what options were ordered and when the parts will be available. I wish all a quick build as well as a solid build (which to me is more important than rushing the truck to me). Safe travels!

That's the sheet the dealer handed you... the actual build sheet is generated when they are ready to build the truck

Yes, that's what you'll see until the truck is shipped.

The only way to get an sort of "real time" status updates is by calling or chatting with RAMCares, or your dealer.

That was not my experience... one the truck was being built, the sheet was available and it corresponded with the information provided to me by the dealer

Exactly, the build sheet is available once it's in the assembly line and the window sticker isn't available until after it's inspected and invoiced to your dealer.

Right. I should have been more clear. Build Sheet is available when they start building the truck. Window Sticker is available after it's built and ships.

Getting ready pull the trigger on this build, as I cant find exactly what I want anywhere. Dealer says the 59,189 price is the best they can do, minus any incentives at time of delivery. I like that "EP" number at the bottom better.

IMO dealers can and should do better than Invoice.

Invoice - full HB - $500(or equivalent value) and no BS add-on charges.

If they can't do that or better, walk. Period.
