They say the 3in emissions air horn goes up to 2007-2022 but the non emissions where you can choose a 3 or 4in inlet only list til 2018.

You can still use the non emissions version on the newest version of our trucks....you just get the fuel line from scheid diesel....then you don't have to put the cover on top if you reduce weight...

Yes very much worth the cost as long as you add the grid delete. I am running on 38’s and 22 10.5’s getting 20.7mpg at 90 steady…..Get It!! Disclaimer the install is very tedious. My buddy Rocky hooked it up. I am not sure his handle on here but he has a ton of insight along with a couple of special tools needed.

I'd say it would be worth this as a potential longevity item for the change in the grid heater alone. It seems like the new grid heater "plug" would be an easier maintenance item to take out and clean once a year or something to prevent any buildup and thus potential issues. I'm not sold on the performance aspect of it but I think it's interesting for the heater portion.

I'd be using the 4th gen one so I wonder if I could use the BD heater coil. Looks identical to the Banks one but you cannot buy the one from Banks by itself.

BD has a heater coil for the intake. Here it is on the Thoroughbred Diesel site: https://www.thoroughbreddiesel.com/1041563/

I am ordering this setup for my 2021 Ram 3500 HO... I am DONE with the BS and dealer drama! Just need to find who has the best customer service and price... Suggestions!??!

Has anyone installed the 4" without the EGR on a 2019+ and will the supplied line with the kit fit without any issues?

The heater coil is a 7.3L Ford part... you can buy it at any auto parts store for a fraction of what these companies are charging for the same part.

Just got it back yesterday….. big difference in power .
It feels lighter now . Pretty sure it’s getting better mileage, which helps with the 42’s.
