There is...its called a 10 in woofer, box and amp. :D

No appreciable difference between this setup and that on the 1500.. I expect the bass to the same... should be no need to for all that.

I think there was a flash with the 1500s that fixed the lack of base, hopefully we can do the same. Anyone know?

Won't know until someone takes that first trip to the dealer and complains... still too early for me to be making that trip.

It's too close to the cab to be the tailgate. It's either in the floor section of the rear seat, or just under the rear section of the cab. Does everyone with the rattle have the Mega Cab?
I have the mega cab and it has the rattle. Seems like the rattle is coming from the rear seat? $80k for a rattle? Also My sat radio is useless cutting in and out.

The factory Alpine system that was in my 13 Laramie 1500 had no low end to it either. That's why I replaced the sub with an aftermarket one. Trust me, its not going to win any sound competitions, but it does provide the low end that is horrendously missing from both the HK and Alpine setups. Those factory 8' subs just don't move that much air. most of your low end in the factory systems is coming from the 6x9 woofers in the bottom of each door. Adding an aftermarket 10" takes the load off of those and allows them to more accurately produce the mid-range tone that they can easily handle.

Who uses the under seat storage anyways? Thats what the RamBoxes are for... ;):D

All I can say is that the HK in my 2019 1500 Limited was nice, and the bass was rather good and you could not turn it up all the way up.

On the 2500, doesn't seem to matter if it is all the way up or down, it sounds the same

I think you might look into an update or something. My 2500 HK system has cab rattling bass. The input signal does make a significant difference, though.

These are the factory prep 5th wheel pucks. I don't have a 5th wheel yet, but these are way off center... The two front and the gooseneck ball holes and pucks are aligned fine. I plan on getting a small 5th wheel in the next year or so which is why I got the package from factory. Is this going to be a problem? Will I be able to able to drop a hitch in these without interference or issues? These photos are taken directly at a 90° angle so the view in photo is accurate.

I would not be happy with that, at all. I would prefer a B&W anyway, like I did on my last two trucks, but I went with the factory prep thinking you can't beat a factory install. Now you've got me worried.

Anyway, I'd first make the dealer test fit a goose ball, and fiver hitch, just for your knowledge, and short term use. Then, I'd be seeking an answer as to whether the holes in the bed are off, or if the pucks and gooseneck are mounted incorrectly on the frame. That is some pizz-poor workmanship right there. They need to make it right.

Goose neck and the two chain pucks are fine. Already working those. It's the two in back closest to cab that I can't test. Dealership is working with me on others issues... The Q/A on my truck is terrible... To the point the dealer is talking possible buy back due to the issues... Just my luck.

one of my were just like this. The plastic trim just wasn't seated correctly. Remove the trim and see if the mount is centered in the hole. It's my guess that the trim is not seated correctly.

Update on my backup camera issue. The dealership diagnosed the problem last week and ordered a replacement camera for the tailgate latch. They told me 3-4 days and they would call me. After a week of waiting I called them. It took me 3 class, an hour on the phone and I was finally able to leave a message for the service manager. He called me back and told me the part was in. An hour later he called me again to tell me they had ordered the tailgate latch which usually includes the camera, but this one did not. Therefore they had to order the camera and that it would be in Friday and they could install it next week. So far I am not impressed with their service. yesterday after towing my trailer I started having issues with the backup sensors as well. They disabled themselves several times after I dropped off the trailer. I figure I will report that when I take my truck in for the back-up camera.

I'm nitpicking here but probably things Ram will update in the future: The digital speed readout needs some hysteresis - it will flutter rapidly between numbers if transitioning slowly (ie hovering between 60-61mph). Seperate issue: when adjusting the display brightness / gauge back light with the roller, brightness will flicker until i stop touching the roller switch. This is only while adjusting so not a big deal.

Can you adjust the brightness when the lights are off, or are we still stuck with the arc welder in the dark?

Yep... it's on the list of stuff when I do take it in.

I appreciate that but, no, sadly the puck is no where near center, with or without the plastic cap

Has anyone figured out the rattle yet? My crew cab Power Wagon has it. Saw a few posts about people going to their dealership, but no results posted yet.

I am going to dealer tomorrow to check if they were able to figure anything out... Odd that so many are having the rattle...

Got truck back from dealer... More issues than when I dropped it off... Frustrated to say the least...

Rattle still there. They couldn't determine source either. But I have parts on order that should be in next month so it'll be another trip to dealership for them to figure it all out...
