Evening to all.
I have decided to keep my 2500 Laramie to tow my Grand Design 303RLS. I am going to install some helpers for the squat. I was going to install Timbrens but have decided to research air bags instead.

What is a "better brand" of air bags that you guys have used and would recomend to me and which to stay away from.
Thanks

Ive been pretty happy with my airlift 5000’s (model 88289) and daystar cradle setup. Both seem extremely well made. **forgot to note the airbags also come with internal bumpstops***

I had airlift 5000 on my 04.5 for 16 years without a single issue save rusted rollplates.

I bought the first set second hand and the rollplates took some overloading abuse and were pretty rusty so I bought a new stainless Ultimate Plus set only one year before deciding to buy a new truck.

I have the airlift loadlifter 5000 ultimate with wireless air installed on my 2020 drw 3500. really happy with the system. I also had it installed on my 08 2500. the bags are great with internal bump stops. easy to install, with the ultimate upgrade you get all stainless hardware and stainless braided air lines. my only gripe is the compressor with wireless air does not have flare fittings for the braided airlines so you still have to use a short piece of 1/4" tubing and adapt it to the flare fitting. i have had issues with the push connect fittings leak air with the extreme temperature changes, as well as the swivel elbow on top of the bags leaking. I am replacing those fittings next week. otherwise it is an excellent system and i would absolutely buy again. i love the endless adjustability, presets for quick adjustment, and can be adjusted from your phone or the wireless controller. it will automatically adjust on the fly too if it senses changes in load or pressure.

I had the Ride Rite system on my 4th gen and never had an issue.

Went with AirLift 5000 Ultimate+ this time around and haven't had any issues either.

I have the airlift 7500 on a 2020 3500 dually. No problems at all except the compressor just went out a month ago. Have it mounted to the frame rail and was in some nasty snow and slush with nite time temps well into the -20 degrees. Froze up the compressor. But bags have been at 45 psi for the last few weeks and I have the valve stems to manually fill if needed.
