2024 Order Tracking & Discussion

Finally arrived. Picked her up this afternoon. Delivery date shifted from Sept 5th to Sept 16th and then the next day I get the call she is on her way and was delivered that day (yesterday) Went and got her today.

Ordered - July 5th
Shipped - July 22
Delivered - Aug 30
Picked up- Aug 31

I know this isn’t probably the right place, but…. Since we all ordered 2024’s i figured it would be a good place to ask. I ordered a 2024 3500 limited. Today i noticed that the Console Charge Only USB is missing on my truck. Is that a new thing or an over looked thing? Anyone else have theirs missing?

I’m more than a pleased.
 
When does the RAM tracker start to show information? I'm super impatient (I know, lol); I put my build-in with Mark Dodge earlier this week (like Tuesday).
 
Mine showed up after it got a VIN, which was about 2 days. I got an email from Ram then as well, saying my order had been received.
 
Yeah, I'm a week in since I put a build in, and nothing on the tracker -- I have my vin. Ram is slow!! ha
 
I ordered a '24 Power Wagon through Mark Dodge on 10/21/24. Order confirmed on 10/21 and VIN on 10/22. Color choices were limited this late in the ordering cycle - Bright White, Flame Red, Silver, and Granite were the available colors to choose from and I chose Red. The wait has begun.......
 
Ordered Granite 24 Tradesman PW Oct 7. SCHEDULED Oct 10, went into production on the 24th! Can't wait to get it! Also from Mark Dodge! Trip to Louisiana in November!

When did yours show up in the tracker? Im on week 2 and nothing on the tracker, I ordered a PW 2500, I basically had it fully loaded so not sure how that impacts my timeline.
 
I think I actually placed the order on the 6th and it showed up on the 7th and got the email and tracker on the 7th. Scheduled on the 10th, on tracker and got an email, then went into production on the 24th, tracker and got an email. May be on the tracker the day before, but they are all together within a day!

A lot will depend, timewise I assume, on how they schedule trucks (diesel, gas, rebel, PW). I do not know the answer to any of that.
 
My PW was canceled by RAM with absolutely no explanation provided. Ordered with mark dodge on 10/14.

Jealous that it looks like you’ll get yours, I’m crushed.

You have me nervous about this. I just got off the phone with Ashley at Mark Dodge and she mentioned another customer had their order cancelled. Ashley looked up my order and the current status is D which is confirmed and not scheduled. Ordered on 10/21.
 
When I ordered mine, Anthony told me that the dealers had to have their orders in by the 9th of the month I believe. Anything after that and 2024 production was not guaranteed. And it may not.stop until Nov, or Dec, etc, but the 9th of each month was kind of a cutoff.

I hate that for you guys. They had already shut down some of the options for 2024 like the 8in uconnect that I tried to get and some colors.
 
Did RAM lose my truck?

Per the tracker:
Order Confirmed: Sep-14-2024
Scheduled: Sep-18-2024
In Production: Sep-24-2024
Vehicle Built: Oct-10-2024
Shipped: Oct-20-2024

Initially it had an Estimated Delivery of November 11, 2024. Afew days before that it revised the estimated delivery to November 19, 2024. Then today the estimated delivery changed to TBD.

I called RAM customer service and they couldn't tell me what was going on. They said it may take up to 53 days to reach my dealer in Northern California and to call them back if it doesn't get to my dealer by then.

If it really takes 53 days then why were the other estimated delivery dates entered? And why is it now TBD instead of 53 days from when it shipped?
