Lets see what you are towing!

I got a tripod with my trailer but have never used it i didnt see the need, do you find it adds that much stability?

Sure, it helps. But it's a royal PITA and the SteadyFast (and similar) are just so much better IMHO.

Keep the front leg extensions as short as possible short (I use Andersen jack blocks) and use some kind of stabilizer. I also use the Andersen levelers for a big L/R slope. So simple and quick, worth the high cost.

Nice.

I ditched the tripod stabilizer for a SteadyFast system. Stabilizes both ends.

It worked for us for years on the old rig but I hated that tripod. Hated lugging it around, the space it took up, and setting it up.
Yep, this thing is a mess to lug around. Every trip I try to cut down on crap I don’t need. Expand on the SteadyFast if you will. I’ve never heard of it. Always willing to try anything that helps.

Just read up on the SteadyFast system. Good Looking set up. I’ll check on this for my set-up.

After a quick look at the steady fast i might make it at work would take me no time at all

Thinking the same here. A guy across from us in the campground has a setup like this. Gonna check it out.

Picked up a new to me toy hauler, 21’ Super lite to keep up north. Came with a WDH but I didn’t need the bars to transfer weight back to the trailer so just used the ball.

New Holland C232, it's around 10.5K lbs sitting in an Iron Bull (sub brand of Norstar out of Texas) equipment trailer that's around 3.5K lbs.
