FCA hasn't called me liked they said they would...no update on mine.It's been 7 weeks since the windshield installer was unable to get an aftermarket glass that fits, so I called them to try again. Maybe something is available now... they checked and have one now that SHOULD work.
Installer is going to try another aftermarket windshield tomorrow. Says it should fit. Mine has rain sensor only, they're bringing one with rain sensor and humidity sensor. Hopefully it fits!

They reach out to the supplier as to where the dealers do not... for better info on the ETAThey only called me once. Now, they only email me once per week no matter how many emails I send them. Tuesdays must be update day.
AND all they do is hold my hand. No action. I can get updates from my local parts department! What is the function of FCA Customer Service???

That is absolutely outrageously poor support. Short of contacting your state's attorney general's office, or an attorney to turn up the heat, I don't know what I would do.Well...still no Windshield...Grrrrrr

Have you researched Lemon Law in your state? I can not imagine letting a customer hang like this. Absolutely disgusting.This is BS...FCA sucks.

Mine has all the Bells and Whistles it...Nov. 4th for me they claim...if not they can buy it back.Humidity sensor/wipers only
