My build sheet popped up yesterday! Pretty exited. Almost eight weeks to the day from my order.

I'd give it an ok. They didn't take my Truecar $500 rebate, which fca rebates center said was compatible with my other rebates. I didn't have time to argue over $500. Had a 2200 mile drive ahead. About halfway home...

Phillip has been given pretty good reviews for not playing normal dealer games. Did they tell you they would honor it and then renege when you got there? Or was it never agreed to before hand? Just curious, about to order from them as well.

There are more than 1 recent accounts of them not honoring these types of discounts. It’s not a good look TBH.

Price was agreed to, any applicable rebates are taken from that. I called the fca rebates center the day before and had them check all my rebate codes and which ones would work together. She said the Truecar $500 worked. The dealership tried but said the system wouldn't take it bc it was a TDM code, as was another one of my rebates. I needed to get on the road so said forget about it.
 
Really my only big issue with them was Phillip over promising what interest rates he could get, so I didn't set up my own financing ahead of time. Lesson learned.

Picking up mine tomorrow...Phil was not there yesterday and had one of his people working up my financing. Credit score is 817, Phil says no problem he can get in the 2s. His guy yesterday came up with a 5%. Told him that won't cut it. Phil immediately called and said don't worry about it, not a problem he'll handle it. Haven't heard from him yet today but it's early out there. Hope this isn't a sign of how this is going to go tomorrow.

So it appears he never “handled” it. This really burns me up.

I’ll be walking in with my financing in place through USAA and I’ll be willing to bet there will be games with the sale price since I’m not choosing their financing.
