What did you do TO your RAM today?

I noticed that the Suburban had back up sensors. That's why I like ParkSense.
Yeah, my ParkSense (i.e. me) got distracted. Lol. I have to drop it of at my dealer on Saturday to see if the paintless dent repair guy can get it out. If not, it'll head to the body shop for repair and fresh paint. Of all the 30+ vehicles I've owned, it's only the 3rd time I've had one need body work. The first two times were over 20 years ago. I'd say I had a good run in between.

That's what you get for being human.

i am betting fresh paint to make it look decent. Looks like he paint is pretty well buggered unless it is just dirt and I am not seeing it correctly.

I know the feeling. I creamed the RR body panel on my 04.5 2 weeks before the new truck arrived.

Pulling out of an arena parking lot in the ice/snow and cut it too close to a too short pole I didn't notice.

We were supposed to take my son's Durango but he had crap tires so we took the truck instead.

Only good was that spending time with the son and grandson at a monster truck show was priceless.

Some is dirt/pollen. Some is the other vehicle's paint. And a few are scuffs into the paint. Even if the dent guy can get it out, it will still need paint.

When I bought the truck, I already had plans to put a full skirt western hauler type bed on it. I figured I'd wait until I buggered the bed first. I didn't think it would be 4 months and 3,000 miles into owning. Wife says the repair would probably be cheaper than buying the hauler bed. I suppose she's right. Just don't tell her I said that, LOL.

Add a bracket for radar detector, hope someone can tell me a way to get 12VDC from that mirror.

Put the diamondback cover on, hope the re-design the lock, it’s not good to take a key for the cover.

Took a train ride last night to Sacramento to pick up new 2500 from shipper. They picked up from dealer in Lake Charles LA Friday late afternoon, and it was unloaded in Sacramento Monday afternoon.
Drove north, stopped in Chico to have smog cert done, then to scales for weigh in for tomorrows visit to DMV to register.
Got home, installed Tiger Tough seat covers, and called it a day.

My shipper delivered to my house, although he were supposed to deliver to a golf course parking lot nearby. Rig got high centered on a driveway near our community entrance gate. Driver had to unload my truck and four other vehicles he was carrying to back out. What a cluster!

For me it was an additional $800 to come up the I-5 an additional 250 miles. He was homebased in Sac the price was decent, and I used the $800 for a special treat for myself. Not looking forward to the hosing I'm going to get at the DMV tomorrow.
