My dealer ordered my truck on 02/12/21. I have a Von# and Ordered by#. They didn’t attach my name to it though. The POC says ordered by the dealer and ship to the dealer. Am I able to still get status info on this Truck? If so, where do I go?

I am pretty new around here, and don't know the answer to your question. My salesman sent me a text today letting me know about the VIN #.
Maybe someone else will chime in with your answer.

Does it say sold order on the poc ? If it does your name will be on the second page that they don't show you. I questioned my dealer on the same thing and he said as long as it shows sold order it's yours not a stock order. Chat with ram cares and give them your von and they can look up any info there is on it .

Thank you! Yes, on the bottom of the POC, it says Order type: Fleet, Scheduling Priority: 1-Sold Order, Build Priority: 99. I have no idea what any of that means, but I appreciate info. I will chat with Ram Cares.

Mine says order type retail not fleet and build priority 01 so im not sure yours isn't on a big stock order being 99 but ram cares or fca customer service should be able to answer that if your dealer wont .
 
Called my dealer this morning. My truck is in D1 status which should get it in the assembly line within a week. Delivery week of 3/22 is still a go. Fingers crossed.

He did confirm my build should contain the blind spot chip.
 
I've been in D1 since 1/14 or so. Still no build sheet or window sticker so truck hasn't been built yet. My POC says ship date 2/24 (tomorrow). Not seeing this happening. LOL

This Friday will be 7 weeks from order.

Mine pushed from 2/24 to 2/26 on my POC. Do you know if the build sheet is issued before or after the build? My hope is that it is still being built this week.
 
I believe before the build. Window sticker is printed when complete with build coming off the line. Might take a day for the electronic version to become public. Just my guess at timing.

My ship date is tomorrow as well. Still no buildsheet and at last point was still in D status, Today marks 22 weeks since ordered
 
Who or where do I go to get a build sheet or window sticker.When can you tell if they are available?

My estimated ship date is 2/25. As of now, no build sheet.
