RAM chat was pretty helpful. It appears what happened is my dealer submitted the order as a standard dealer order and not under my name. So RAM chat is unable to provide me any updates. Awesome :rolleyes:

First, let me apologize as I'm sure the answer to my question lies somewhere in the 99 pages of this thread. Is the build sheet the same as window sticker? My order was placed with RAM on 12/14. Shortly after I received the VIN and the dealer showed a scheduled ship date of 2/8. A few weeks ago RAM cares send me a note that my truck was due at the dealer the first week in March. I've checked the fcacommunity site a few times by entering my VIN, but it just says nothing found for that VIN. What would come next....a build sheet? Does that indicate that the truck has been built?

It took a bit over a week for my window sticker to populate after I got my build sheet on crypto sticker. I ordered mine on 12/10 and I also received an update that I would receive the truck first week of March.

On my original order form delivery said 1/28 and then first week of Feb and then it kept getting pushed back.

You should have a window sticker any day now.

Thanks for the note. So it sounds like my next step of notification will be the build sheet populating on crypto sticker - correct?

Exactly, i am pretty sure it was exactly one week after my build sheet populated my window sticker populated.

Update from my salesman just now: 9/24 order is scheduled to be off loaded at railyard tomorrow and hotshot over to dealership. Was hoping to be picking up truck before Saturday 2/13 the day my cash incentive expires but was informed it was extended to 2/28. Getting closer but since incentive was extended im not worried as much.. 20 weeks if delivered friday 2/12

Make sure that you are using capital letter when you enter the Vin. They have to be all in CAPS.

seems like they are building steam. mine is roughly 6 weeks order to estimated ship date.

Ordered 1/8. Although I have a vin I'm still in D1 scheduled for build with no ship date. I was in D1 for past 3 weeks. Contacted dealer a few times and Ram Chat a bunch of times. The last 2 times they no longer give out status codes and ship dates. How are some people getting ship dates so early?

Starting to feel the pain of others that don't have their truck at 19 or 20 weeks and counting (although I'm no where near their frustration level --- yet).

Go to the dealer and ask for a P.O.C. (priced order confirmation). It has the vin,von, estimated ship date and current build status among other pertinent info. If your salesperson doesn't know what it is the sales manager certainly does and they can print you a copy.

Huge thanks.

Salesman sent me complete POC which shows it was a sold order, myself as the customer with an estimated ship date of 2/24. Still in D1 so I'm thinking the ship date will probably slip. How come Ram Chat no longer gives status codes and told me there is no ship date? They truly are useless. BRING BACK VOTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh man you’ve been D1 for a month. I’ll stop complaining (been a week)

My truck, ordered 12/16/2020 is finally in the trim stage according to Ramchat. Hoping to see the build sheet soon. 2021 3500 CC SRW HO Limited Delmonico red, Night edition.

When I ordered the 14 I tracked it until it left Mexico. I then didn't check anything, and one day the saleswomen surprised me with the call. It was kinds of nice. :)
 
When is the build sheet and window sticker issued? Been checking them daily.
