Not sure what BZ is, but D means your serial number has been assigned and the truck is now on the schedule for manufacturing. Congrats!

Mine is also sitting in either "shipped to storage" or "awaiting vendor installed equipment" depending on which RamChat rep I get. I have a build sheet, but no Monroney sticker, and my VIN ending #506602 will not show in the payload configurator as yet.
Brutal's comment makes sense- Limited interiors are different materials than a Tradesman, etc. so it makes sense that Ram will build them in lots. It's just a bummer that seems like this batch has been sitting a while without moving and we can't tell why.
I actually started going through VIN listings at dealers with 2021's showing in transit inventory to see if I could find any near my VIN, and then I tried to pull up the Monroney and payload numbers for them. Now THAT'S boredom... I found one with a VIN at #504XXX that had a window sticker, but I also found one AFTER my VIN at about #512XXX that showed a sticker. I think the earlier VIN was a Limited but the later one was a Bighorn, if I remember right. Seems to support that builds may be in batches by trim, not just VIN sequence.
In any event, it will get here when it gets here. I'm just excited like everyone else to finally have it, and it's hard to wait. Got my Bakflip MX4 delivered yesterday, so I will mess around with that for a while I guess...

My Limited VIN is 500718 ordered 9/14, build sheet 11/23.
 
Laramie 2500 vin# 507187, 9/29 order.. was told by ram chat that it was built waiting finale inspection that was almost 2 weeks ago.. dealer said js status..still no window sticker or update.
 
In the long, slow train to dealer delivery phase. A lot slower than I thought it would be. Got window sticker 11/29 and it is scheduled to arrive Phoenix train yard 12/26 and then get out to dealer by truck from there. Maybe we might see it before year's end.

hopefully I’m not on the same train as you! Window sticker on 11/29 as well. Hoping it’s closer to the 15th rather than the 28th...first rodeo.
 
I’m hoping to see mine before christmas
. One question about this process I’m curious of and I’m not sure on how to find the answer. is the spray in liner done before the trucks built during the beds painting Process or is the entire truck masked off and bed ground back down to spray the liner after it’s built.
 
Spray-in liner is done after build is complete. There is a 3rd party vendor on site that installs bed liner and steps.

On 12/07/2020 I checked and now I have a window sticker. It was too late in the day to check with Ram Chat, but on Friday 12/04/2020 they couldn't tell me when it would be built only that it was sequenced for production.

Looking at another post I see you don't have a window sticker until the truck is built, so I'm taking it that it is built and now I'm wondering if I can get an estimated delivery time.

This morning Ram Cares Chat said my truck is in shipping process with a delivery date to the dealer of 12/21/2020 - 01/04/2021.
 
I ordered my 2021 2500 Laramie CCLB Hemi on 9/4, got my build sheet on 11/20. Still no window sticker, been at the body vendor over a week now... Anyone else with an early order date not have a window sticker or estimated ship date yet?
 
Ordered 2021 2500 Bighorn on 9/30. Build sheet posted 11/20. No Window Sticker yet. Ramchat tells me it is getting bedliner put in. It's been there 10 days.
 
Has anyone seen a 2021 HO shown as being built yet? I don't believe I have seen one yet to show as built. it would be nice to know when they will start building the 2021 HO trucks.

Drose and maybe Onelongshot were in D1 status yesterday which according to what I've read means they're scheduled to be built within the next 48 hours.
 
My 2500 Big Horn CCSW 6.4L was in D1 for 32 days. I finally got my build sheet on 12/7. Truck was ordered on 9/30.

Ordered 9/27, build sheet on 11/19 and window sticker on 11/29. 2500 Mega Hemi. Level 1, Night, off road, bed utility, sunroof...the idea that Trim level gets built in batches might be true, but why a huge difference here?
