I just purchased these components from CJC OR....install will happen in September ...I am now running 50 PSI up front and 45 PSI in the rear while empty. The truck came with leveling airbags in the rear and I am running 8 PSI for self preservation... I will comment how the install goes and rate the ride experience on road and off road afterwards. Stay tuned...

Drop the airbags to 5 psi empty and the tire pressure to 45/35. You’ll get a much better ride.
I have been working my way down on the psi.... I keep testing the handling. I figured 35 in the rear would work unloaded....I want something that doesn't lurch to the passenger side as well when going 60+ mph and mess with handling.... The slightly softer front sway bar is supposed to help with ruts and off camber articulation.... The description states it won't rub with bigger tires as well.... We will see... This isn't a pavement princess for me... Fingers crossed I am not wasting money

Find a load inflation chart for the tires you have and use accordingly.

I have 35s set at 35/30.
I installed the track bars but sut still have the OEM sway bars.

But my track bars were wore out.

As mentioned the load and inflation tables are great for a finding the best pressure for the weight.

You’ll like the sway bar. I ran it on my ‘22 but now I run the ‘17 without a sway bar (reminds me I need to get the Thuren in the classifieds) and at the pressures I mentioned empty and have no lurching at any speeds. Very stable truck. I did leave the rear anti-sway bar installed.

Yes... I have used the inflation charts for the dually on my class C with average weighted loads... Does anyone here know the empty weights for V8 front axle and rear axle?

I have an Xterra that I "Titan swapped" ... I left off the front and rear sway bars... I take corners on the highway with caution of course..off roading is very pillowy especially at 15 PSI.... There have been some YT showing how extended REAR sway bars on lifted vehicles actually improve the FRONT articulation on IFS set ups.... It is so important to keep in mind the suspension is a system affecting all four corners And the cabin.

Is there a for sale forum in this site...

It all depends on the truck and accessories.
Find a weight scale near you and get it weighed. Will run about $40.
You want front axle and rear axle weights.

Did my Power Wagon. Came in at just over 4000 on front and 3000 on rear.

I just use the local weigh stations when they are closed, I've found them powered on in most states when closed.

Just looked at my weight slip.
2021 75th AE Power Wagon with bed package and soft tri fold bed cover.
BFG 35x12.50R17.
At least 3/4 tank of gas.

4280 front axle
3080 rear axle.
7360 total.

Sorry.... The thread title is the list of parts.... Thuren sway bar and rear track bar and a Carli adj front track bar.... Hoping to get stuff on September 8 or 9

CJC OR is a great shop. They have a good group of techs that know the products they sell. They've done my previous truck and will be doing my truck again this Friday. I'm surprised they can knock out all this suspension work in a day. Have you considered the Apex chassis kit for the drag and steering links? IMO, the biggest noticeable difference in handling was when I replaced the sway bar.

I went with the Apex steering and drag link when I had to replace the worn out OEM stuff. Big and beefy. Tie rods are replaceable, unlike OEM.
Only draw back, they are heavy.
I like them.

I am replacing the front sway bar and front and rear track bar as phase I ... What is this apex chassis kit you speak of? I will look into it...

Can vouch for the Carli front trac bar and Thuren sway. Consider Thuren springs and a correct length shock while you're there if you're really after ride.

On my last truck airbags mostly stayed at 0 psi for I don't know how many years when not used due to a leaky line. Still worked when I got rid of the truck.
