Your gun is poop

Does the exhaust port make much difference? I see this alot more on newer "large bore" revolvers but have not had a chance to try one out yet.
I haven’t shot it yet. I’m excited that I finally got my hands on one. I have been trying to pick one up used for a while because I just can’t drop $1300 on a six shooter. Found one local and worked out a deal.

Reviews say the “power port” works. I have shot comped/ported guns and maybe I’m just not shooting at a high enough level but I can’t tell much difference. If I was blindfolded (dont do this) and shot a comped and non comped side by side I bet I wouldn’t know which was which.

I have a comp on my 45acp competition build pistol and it does make a good bit of difference on that.

I've had an eye out for a great deal on a full size 357mag double action for a while and have noticed more newer models with the exhaust ports.

Let us know how you like it after a few boxes of ammo.

Ordered a holster for my 19-9 k frame carry comp. It was for a 3” so I cut it down to fit the 2.5” I reworked all the edges to make it look like i didnt just chop it. I also re worked the trigger guard area that was contacting the rosewood grips. I swapped to the black grip to check fit and left them on. I think I can contour the trigger guard area a little more and really make it perfect still. It may get an optic in the future so I’m glad they’re doing optics cuts.

Please note that I am very excited that this company is making revolver kydex and I shared the small issues I had with them so they could improve their product. They responded quickly and they sent me a label to return it and make it right. I chose not to send it back. I enjoyed modifying the holster and making it work for me and I have no issues with the company

Must be nice, I just renewed mine yesterday and will have to do it in another 4 years.
Here in GA a permit or “weapons carry license” isn’t required now that we have “constitutional carry” but having a license does have its benefits still.
You get reciprocity in other states that recognize our license (many states do) and you still get to skip NICS at the LGS. I still keep mine up to date.

G26 9mm for me. No carry permit required where I live.

I like to keep a permit for when I have to leave Georgia and drive up into the Carolina's, which I do frequently. I don't care much for IWB holsters so I'm a back pocket guy with a Ruger LCP .380 in a shoot through wallet holster. Seriously looking at the Smith & Wesson Bodyguard 2.0 but I would have to go to some kind of holster for that one.
