2025 RAM HD Builds and Orders - Post and discuss your TRUCK order here! ** NEW USERS READ POST #1 **

MY understanding of 2025 build.
I have a 2020 Laramie Flame Red with Ram boxes and rear air ride. I dont think I can order a truck like this anymore. I cant get Ram boxes in a Laramie any more and I cant get a red truck in a limited. I can get red in Longhorn but interior is Brown yuck. Am I missing something?

There might be more available than you are listing and more coming as things get released.

I am interested in the rambox and air support setup as well - not into the cowboy look.

AFAIK, rambox is standard on those two models unless you order the 5th wheel mount setup - then it is deleted, but double check.

This thread is the most up to date info that I have found so far on the internet, with links in post # to their very detailed data very useful, if almost too much to digest:

I ordered Rebel in Forged Blue over a week ago. Received confirmation and VIN and nothing else since.
Yup, same. I called the insurance on the second week and they couldn't even use the VIN yet. But they did give me a rough number based on the trim level.
I was more curious to see if either the color I picked or the 2.4Kw power set up would delay my scheduling for some reason.

It would be interesting to know how they decide which trucks to build. Is it color? body configuration? or something else.

My 2025 ram 3500 is in the shipping process now to my local dealer in GA. Really trying to decide if I should order through Mark Dodge now. I'm seeing the 11% off MSRP. My dealer told me the best they could do was about $3600 off MSRP ($1k incentive, $500 military, not sure on the rest).

Should I just cancel and reorder? I'm trading in my 2022 3500 DRW, and both my name and wife's name is on the truck. Just had a baby, so I doubt I could get her to drive to do the deal.

But the thought of another $10k off has me really questioning.

That seems kinda low. My local dealer was 9k off MSRP plus 1500 in incentives. They were only $500 more than Mark so I stayed locally. Cheaper than flying and fuel cost to drive back. Doesn't hurt to shop around.

57 days and waiting since it left assembly plant in Mexico
I wonder if when it says "shipped" it actually just means it left to go get the bedliner and stuff installed.
My dealer said he'd check on my "real" status from his end tomorrow. Told me to quit looking at the website tracker as it's pretty much worthless.

What I am sending you is from stellantis.

I ordered mine Jan 7th. And I have had several delivery dates. Now I’m told May 22 to May 28th by stellantis for delivery

I work for stellantis.
Well, sir, you company does a quite embarrassing job at providing useful and accurate tracking for its customers. I'd have loved to been able to book my flight a month in advance (way cheaper) to go pick my truck up, but the dealer says don't even look at flights till the truck is on their lot because of how unreliable the tracking/ETA is. I'll have to take work off on a whim when the truck arrives. Really not a very pleasant experience for paying almost as much as I did for my first house just a few years ago. I don't think your corporate leaders are hearing/feeling this feedback as much as they should be. Hopefully a Stellantis employee going thru this same experience can help enlighten them.

Ordered a 3500 SRW Laramie on Monday, received confirmation and VIN on Wednesday morning. First factory order, gonna be a long wait.

Yes it’s frustrating and as an employee it’s embarrassing that they can’t get it together and keep everyone up to date. I have called and talked to everyone I know and get nowhere with them.

You truck guys are spoiled - try to buy a Ford Transit with custom configuration. I know people who waited over a year to get one, and then it was cancelled.

Watching the truck order / buying / delivery process on this forum is like a breath of fresh air - easy, fast, efficient by comparison. Relatively few mechanical and electrical issues.

I am literally here because of the challenges related to vans and the inconsistency of that situation.

What’s typical wait time from getting your VIN to getting window sticker?

@That One Guy @Don-T any shipping updates on your guys' trucks? I'm really hopeful mine will be delivered early next week based off of Fmetz's timeline.

When I try tracking, all I have been getting for the past 10 days or so is TBD. All my dealer is telling me is the truck has been shipped and there is no telling how long it will take to get here.
