When I do commute, it's to the airport 31 miles up the tollway. That said, I take my old beater Audi most trips. Fly on average 20-25 trips/year.

Yes but I’m just trying them there for now to see how I like them there. I Will eventually find a better spot for them. I did get the flush mounting plates for them and am thinking about flush mounting them on the sides of my bumper.

I don’t fly away anymore (and don’t miss consulting), but we take the travel trailer out whenever we can. I think we’ve got 7 trips so far this year with somewhere around 60-75 days in it. Earlier this year we did ID-UT-CO-NM-TX-NM-AZ-NV-ID over the course of about 3 weeks. 50% of the miles on the truck are towing. Probably 50% of what’s left over is on dirt. The truck spends a lot of time out on the trail.

Installed the Thuren Rear Track Bar. I had forgot how much of a difference it makes. Much smoother ride on Bumps whether cornering or straight roads. Drilling the hole on the side is a tough task. Tires next week.

Just a warning, if you order anything from BANKS be aware you are going to receive 20 promotional emails a day LOL. Seem to be very nice caps with strong magnets. I know there are cheaper alternatives out there, just wanted to give these a try.

I used Adams products. Strip wash then Graphene liquid wax and after a lot of hand polishing their graphene coating. Adams always has awesome online sales.
