2024 Order Tracking & Discussion

The tracking site has been accurate for me, it's just delayed a day or two from when things actually happen. The text messages you can sign up for are more timely. I've heard of trucks getting stuck "in production" because they were undergoing extra inspections. BRV10 does have the inside info if you post your vin. Here's my timeline.

I’ve moved super fast up until this point. Received the in production status on the 27th so tomorrow will be about a week there. I used to have a 2019 1500 before I went to the dark side (Chevy 2500) and that took around 9 months for the build seems like my luck with production issues so I’m just weary and hope that there are no issues in this one. Most I’ve read was the in production phase was 1-2 days. But I’m also being told that I’m still in the order confirmation stage. So not sure what’s acute.

You have been at Eagle Pass since 2/3/24 on railcar WRWK300085, should be heading for CSX Intermodal 59th st terminal soon

I don't see Eagle Pass on your schedule, it took a train to Altamira Port to get on the ship heading for Baltimore then to Sands CJDR
 
Thanks for all your help brv10. Sands is my dealership so it all sounds right at this point.
