2023 HD Crowdsourced Order Tracking & Waiting Room

I hear you on the wait. I wired the money late this afternoon and just need to figure out if I want to pay them to drive it or transport it to me. I'm only 350 miles away. So it will not be long now. Big stress relief already knowing I am at this stage. I also bought the wife a new Cherokee yesterday from a local dealer, so she is happy too.

The ups & downs of an order. The tracking site adjusted my expected delivery from July 25 to Aug 2nd today.

The tracking site just updated my expected delivery date to August 3rd from July 27, but the truck is still in Mexico, waiting on a train, I presume, so don't see how their projected date is possible.

I may not be very happy with Stellantis's Tracking, hail storm issues, railcar shortage, drive shortage, etc. But I just want to say how great an experience this is going with Mark Dodge. They have patiently spent quite a lot of time with me today making sure I get every incentive I could. Quite a breath of fresh air compared to some experiences elsewhere recently. Just waiting on the final cost and trade in offer.
Mine moved around a few times as well and went from July 13 to July 21 and actually showed up at dealer on July 12!

On 7/11 you went KZ in Mexico.

Well… day 263, since order and day 151 since built. The online tracker updated a couple of days ago to show an estimated delivery of July 28th. Today’s update says it has ‘shipped’ I have not heard a word from anybody about the status of the truck. I kind don’t care anymore, but am curious to see if the truck really exists. Also wondering what kind of “incentives“ there may be for the crazy long wait with absolutely no updates along the way.

Talked to my dealer. He says that he will talk to his transport buddy and let me know if I should keep my Jul 19 flight or cancel and wait to keep I I sync with the revised tracker. How do I get the big bonus dollars and incentives for the long wait?

You are sitting at the BNSF Alliance Vehicle city waiting for a truck to the dealer since 7/12.

I have the Tread Lightly and Ram $1,000. I left the Army in 1982, so I don't think I qualify for that. Anything else...say for pain & suffering on my 10 month wait?
You were in so your a veteran. Tell the dealership and they will send you a link. On the link you need your name, birthday, and discharge month and year. It verifies you service and then generates a code that you screen shot and send to them. They will apply it to your sale and you get a $500 incentive

I have the Veteran ID card, but the Vet/1st Resp language I read said something about being 12 months from discharge. I'm 41 years from discharge.

Originally I was going to have my truck delivered but the GF talked me into going to get it , and it’s a long ride from WV to Lake Charles but had been a lot of fun and totally worth it!!! We stayed at the L’Auberge casino resort we’re j currently am and after buying truck I definitely can’t afford to gamble but am having a blast here !!!
