You are not the only one! My 3500 was built on 8/12 and still does not have a ETA. I have called and chatted with Ram and they still can’t get me a answer. Dealership states they are wanting on 12 trucks that are in the same issue. Dealer is in Texas so it can’t take that long to get here.

Question, How many have y'all been assigned a case number to find the status of your order? I have called multiple times and chatted with Ram to be assign a case number.

No case number as I only ask the dealership so far. Maybe I should contact RAM as the dealership can’t locate the truck.

went to Ram Chat this morning asking for an update andthey sent me to a specialist and gave me a case number. Haven't heard from the Special guy yet but ....with my truck sitting on a lot in Mexico since Sept 1 (KZ status 8/31) there must be an issue.

Pretty much same situation for me, kz 9/1, kzld on 26th just figured i was stuck in a massive line waiting for a spot on the train.
 
I finally heard from dealer here in town on the 5th, they told me truck was going to be here 10-5. I laughed, and told him to send me pictures of it in front of their shop so I would believe him. He must have taken me seriously since I haven't heard from him since. Order placed 1-10-2022, Built 6-1-2022, delivered to Las Vegas NV 10-6-2022. Unbelievable!
