Megalodon finally delivered ! Fit and finish competes with my wife's Acura...soooooo worth the wait. Me and Meg are gonna get along quite well me thinks.....
Thanks again for all the fun times and support, time to start perusing some of the other parts of this forum! Oh, yeah, I got the drivers side foam cup holder but as with many the center rear fenderwell insert is missing. How have you all handled that?

I think that I read in earlier posts that the DRW can only go on top of a transport truck, therefore there are less possible spaces for them. That doesn't help determine how quick you get your ticket but it is something.

You sir are correct. Depending on the carrier, only 2-3 DRWs will fit on the top rack

My Mad Max bike is a Frankenstein 1972 R5C two smoker with a super loud 70s DG exhaust!

27 Jan order. Is yours billet silver? It just pops in the night edition.... now for the full length running boards and hornbaster train horns....
The dealer just shared this with me:
I guess it means the truck got from Mexico to Texas on July 25 and has been sitting there ever since, right?
I guess it's waiting on a train to Union Pacific's yard in Benicia, CA. And then I guess it'll wait on a truck to the dealer, Hoblit CJD, in Woodland, CA.
I'd appreciate any insight you may have to share.
VON 54934517 was placed April 20, and VIN 3C7WRNFL9NG319935 was built on July 19. Looks like it made it to Texas in less than a week.
It's a 5500 Laramie Crew Cab-Chassis, 4WD, 84" CA.

That sucks. Granger is 3 hours from me. During the quotation process, the sales lady was very slow to respond and was unreachable by phone. I received a few excuses as to why but figured that if that's the way they operated before they had my order, the service was likely to get worse after. I opted to go with mark dodge 16 hours away. Just picked mine up yesterday. They surpassed my expectations in just about every way.
When did you order? I am nearing 7 months 2/4 order.

I ordered 1-20, just got home with it a few hours ago. Put 1000 miles on it but it was a nice break in period for the truck. Fwiw, my sales guy at Mark Dodge wasn't a huge help during the wait but he always got back with me almost immediately any time I reached out. He was kind of overly cautious with any info he did share as to not over promise something to me.
Overly cautious is understandable. Bold face lies not so much… glad you got your truck. Also jealous.

Also, when I ordered, my sales guy told me 20-25 weeks. I think I hit it right at 25 weeks. I was hoping that he was just being conservative. Mine took forever to go D1 but every other step went quicker than anticipated. I was sure I was going to have a long ship time but mine turned out to be 3 weeks from Mexico to the lot. Has yours been built yet?
Here is a copy of an email response I received back from Granger last Friday. I had asked about my order status and the trucking outfit out of the Argentine yard in KCK. I sent my email to them on Friday morning 0945 and received a response back at 1014 the same day. I can only go on my experience. They have been helpful and have responded quickly when I have emailed them. I would hope that you and anybody else would also receive a timely response like I have. I don't know your exact details. My only suggestion, again not knowing your situation, is to ask specifically for any updated order details on your order. See below what was sent to me:

It was built back in may. If anyone has interest I’ll post more of the saga tomorrow. Shipping issues are the least of my concern at this point. If I have learned anything it’s the dealers don’t know crap about what they are selling. Their incompetence is going to cost me thousands in the end.
Also sitting in Argentine yard since 7/21 that sucks but it’s not even why I’m mad though.
